MyServicePark – Service Partner Agreement & Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
Welcome to MyServicePark (MSVCP.com).
By registering as a Service Partner (such as an electrician, plumber, salon owner, photographer, etc.), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement establishes a legal relationship between MyServicePark (“Platform,” “Company,” “We,” or “Us”) and You (“Service Partner,” “Vendor,” or “Provider”).
- Eligibility & Verification
• All partners must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into an agreement.
• Partners must provide valid government-approved documents, such as:
o Aadhaar Card / PAN Card
o Business License or Trade Certificate (if applicable)
o GST Registration (if applicable)
o Address Proof & Bank Details
• MyServicePark reserves the right to verify and approve all documents before activating the partner account.
- Scope of Services
• The partner agrees to provide the listed services (e.g., plumbing, electrical work, laundry, photography, etc.) to customers who book via MyServicePark.
• All services must be performed professionally, safely, and on time.
• Partners are responsible for tools, materials, and manpower required to deliver their services.
- Service Charges & Payments
• MyServicePark may charge a commission or service fee on each booking completed through the platform.
• Payments will be processed to the partner’s registered bank account after successful completion of services and confirmation by the customer.
• All financial transactions will comply with Indian laws and taxation policies.
- Legal Compliance
• The partner must follow all local, state, and national laws governing their trade or profession.
• It is the partner’s responsibility to maintain valid licenses, certifications, and permits as required by law.
• MyServicePark will not be held liable for any legal violations or non-compliance by the partner.
- Partner Conduct & Quality Standards
• Maintain professional behavior, cleanliness, and respect towards customers.
• Provide accurate service information and pricing.
• Avoid fraudulent practices, misuse of customer data, or unethical behavior.
• Continuous poor ratings, complaints, or rule violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Data & Confidentiality
• All data shared by customers must be treated as confidential.
• Partners shall not share, sell, or misuse customer information for personal gain.
• MyServicePark may collect and use partner data for operational and marketing purposes in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
- Termination of Partnership
• Either party may terminate this agreement with prior written notice.
• MyServicePark reserves the right to suspend or remove a partner for violation of terms, poor performance, or fraudulent activity.
• Upon termination, all pending payments and dues will be settled as per the agreed policy.
- Limitation of Liability
• MyServicePark acts only as a connecting platform between customers and service providers.
• The company is not responsible for damages, loss, or disputes arising from services provided by the partner.
• In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably or through legal means under Indian law.
- Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India (or specify your state/city).
• Both parties agree to cooperate and resolve issues through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action.
- Acceptance
By signing up or continuing as a service partner with MyServicePark, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
